Teacher Development Center

The Teacher Development Center is committed to supporting educators and lecturers in their continuous professional growth through educational activities, research, and personal development.

Functions of the Teacher Development Center:

• Developing and implementing policies and programs designed to enhance teacher development.
• Organizing internships and training programs for new and young lecturers and staff.
• Creating, supporting, and organizing opportunities for lecturers to exchange experiences and collaborate.
• Supporting and promoting the introduction of new teaching technologies.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan for the Teacher Development Center at the institute.
• Organizing necessary training sessions and seminars in accordance with the lecturer development program.
• Developing proposals for the development of teachers and staff and submitting them to the school administration for consideration and decision.
